E-Learning Awareness Campaign

The E-Learning Unit at the Faculty of Languages & Translation will conduct a one-week 'E-Learning Awareness Campaign' for Level 1 students of the English Department and English Language Centre (ELC) starting from Sunday, September 16, 2018, to Thursday, September 20, 2018. The campaign aims to make Level 1 students as well as teachers of the Faculty aware of the necessity and effective use of the King Khalid University E-Learning system. During the campaign, the E-Learning Unit will carry out the following activities:

1. contacting students individually in their classrooms after informing the concerned teacher,
2. organizing e-Learning training workshops for students in E-Learning labs,
3. setting up an e-Learning stall and distributing brochures/ booklets,
4. organizing an e-Quiz competition for students.

The E-Learning Unit of the Faculty of Languages & Translation will launch the 12^th E-Learning Awareness Campaign for Level 1 students of the English Department and the English Language Center from Sunday, February 11 to Thursday, February 15, 2018, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

The campaign aims to make Level 1 students as well as the faculty members aware of the necessary and effective use of the university's learning management system. During the campaign, the E-Learning Unit will carry out the following activities:

• Meeting students individually in their classroom after informing their instructors,
• Organizing workshops for students in the e-learning labs,
• Setting up an e-learning stall and distributing brochures and booklets, and
• Holding a workshop for the faculty members

The program will be conducted from 9-12pm and 2-5pm. The campaign aims to make Level 1 students as well as the faculty members aware of the necessary and effective use of the university e-learning system. During the campaign, the E-Learning Unit is going to carry out the following activities:

• Meeting students individually in their classroom after informing their instructors,

• Organizing workshops for students in the e-learning labs,

• Organizing an e-quiz competition for students

• Setting up an e-learning stall and distributing brochures and booklets, and

• Holding a workshop for the faculty members
